do so for a variety of reasons. Our clients recognize the
value of education and know it is an investment that will last
a lifetime. Many of our clients simply love learning. Others

Q. When should I request a tutor?
A. If you are interested in tutoring for personal growth, you
can begin at any time. If you or your child is in need of
tutoring to help with a class, request a tutor as soon as you
see a need. Classes typically build on themselves, and get
progressively more difficult. Tutoring can be a great avenue
to help ensure that the student is grasping the material. In
the event that the student is not receiving the desired grade
or is not passing, it might not be too late to turn things
around. We can help. Just don't wait until it is too late!

A. All tutoring is done at the student's home or office, or at a location of the client's choice.
Q. What geographic areas does Edvantage Education cover?
A. Edvantage Education offers in-home tutoring throughout Los Angeles and Orange counties, San Diego, and
the Inland Empire (San Bernardino & Riverside Counties.)
Q. How long are tutoring sessions?
A. Most tutoring sessions are either one or 1.5 hours. However, longer sessions are available. We round your
sessions to the nearest 15 minutes.
Q. Is my tutor is qualified?
A. Our tutors are professionals who love learning and teaching. All of our tutors have a minimum of a
bachelor's degree and are well-skilled in the subjects they tutor. All Edvantage tutors have teaching or tutoring
experience.
Q. How long have you been in business?
A. Edvantage Education is in our sixth year. We are also a member of the Better Business Bureau with an
excellent record!
Q. Am I required to purchase a package of tutoring sessions?
No. Although discounts are offered when ten or more hours are purchased in advance, there is no minimum
number of tutoring sessions to purchase.
Q. What is the cost for tutoring?
Edvantage Education offers competitive in-home tutoring rates. Our clients can earn free hours through our
prepay and refer-a-friend programs. View our tutoring rates.
Q. Are there any hidden costs?
A. No.
Q. What subjects are available?
A. You name it, we tutor it. We have yet to meet a subject we didn't like! (In the unlikely event that you request a
subject for which we do not have a tutor in your area, we will make every effort to find one for you!)
Q. Will my child or I meet with the same tutor each week?
A. Yes, one tutor will be assigned to work with you or your child. Sometimes different subjects require different
tutors, other times one tutor can work with you or your child on various subjects. Of course there are times
when we may have to replace your tutor (for example, if your tutor moves.) We do, however, make every effort to
match you with a tutor who will be available for as long as you need him or her.
